Description
ET 403 InterCity, Era IVb
The ET 403 railcars were built at a time when IC trains were still pure first class. Shortly after commissioning, the railroad decided in favor of the economically more sensible two-class IC system. The three trains of driving trailers were transferred to special services, where they were used in various combinations with up to 6 parts. From the very beginning, the trains designed by the DB Design Center in Munich attracted a great deal of fascination with their striking shape, which has not diminished to this day. LS Models offers the train in the well-known high level of detail. The basic sets consist of 4 prototypical parts. The trains can be extended to 6 cars with the separately available middle cars.
