Electric locomotive series 170 Vectron of DB Schenker Rail Polska
 
Shortly before Christmas 2012, Siemens handed over the first Vectron to DB Schenker Rail Polska. The Polish branch of DB Cargo operates a total of 25 Vectron electric locomotives – these are set there as series 170.
A further variant of the Vectron is now available from L.S. Models – the exact 1/87 scale model has adapted roof equipment and corresponding train protection systems. The 170 series is available for both direct and alternating current and optionally with sound. The locomotive has a white/red light change and a digitally switchable high beam as well as cab lighting. A 21-pin MTC interface is also on board.
