The two-way Unimog is used as a shunting vehicle, for rail and overhead line maintenance and for work on and around the tracks. In addition to railroad companies, users of the 2-way implement carrier also include operators of metro systems and light rail and streetcar systems as well as service providers in track construction and maintenance.
